Second Harvest rescues fresh food (that's otherwise destined for thelandfill) and delivers it hundreds of non-profit organizations that feeds the hungry. The second charity program we developed was for 'Toronto Taste' - where Toronto's best chefs come to together and donate time, meals andmoney in support of Second Harvest. We used the notion that you should come and meet celebrity chefs - then we revealed chefs to be prima-donna pricks-so, on second thought, you should come for the food and to support Second Harvest.
